Where Dions Began
Dion's was born from a simple idea: serve the people of Albuquerque food that feels like home. In 1980, a single location on Wyoming Blvd became the starting point for what would grow into one of New Mexico's most beloved dions pizza and sandwich destinations.
"We didn't just want to feed people — we wanted to give them a place they'd come back to, again and again."
The original menu was built around fresh ingredients, handcrafted dough, and sauces made from scratch every single day. That commitment hasn't changed. Decades later, every dion's pizza that leaves our kitchen is still made the way it always has been — with pride and without shortcuts.
We've grown from one location to more than twelve across the region, but the spirit behind the brand remains exactly what it was on day one: community first, quality always.
